“Confident about India…” Paul Huijts eulogizes India’s G20 Presidency

New Delhi, Dec 20 (ANI): Paul Huijts eulogized G20 Presidency under India, expressing his confidence over India’s G20 Presidency Paul Huijts, Secretary-General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Netherlands said that we are full of confidence that India’s Presidency will be a great Presidency. “We are full of confidence that this will be great presidency so we congratulate our Indian colleagues getting the Presidency seat since this month and we were invited by India to be the guest at the G20 like we were in the last few years. We are very excited about that and we discussed with our partners to what way we can be helpful to get a real meaning for G20 discussion on many different topics”, Paul Huijts said to ANI. Hailing ties between the two countries, Paul said that given India’s huge potential, the two countries are still exploring the areas that they can work more together. “The Netherlands was one of the first country to recognize the Republic of India. Our ties go back very longer to 1602 and since those days we have invested in relationship and we are still exploring the possibilities because India has the huge potential and we as a like-minded country are still exploring the possibilities to work further on that", he said.
