Punjab to smoothen borders for farmers, save time of BSF: Bhagwant Mann

New Delhi, Dec 09 (ANI): Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on December 09 in New Delhi. Speaking to ANI about his meeting, Bhagwant Mann said that Punjab will soon launch a pilot project to smoothen borders for farmers and save time of BSF. Bhagwant Mann said, “We have met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and because being a border state we regularly hold these meetings. Due to the mistakes of past governments we were facing problem now we have changed the act altogether. We are starting a pilot project to smoothen the borders for farmers and save the time of BSF. We have also discussed the modernisation of Punjab police to combat new technology.”
