New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): Despite all odds and challenges in life, Yoga has changed the life of a 14-year-old girl Anvi Vijay Zanzarukia. Anvi Vijay Zanzarukia, popularly known as ‘Rubber Girl’, has made a name for herself in Yogasana through her hard work. Gujarat-based girl not only achieved a name in Yoga but also met PM Modi. In a heart-warming moment, she has been awarded the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar. Anvi has been suffering from down syndrome with 75 per cent intellectual disability. She had undergone open heart surgery and is suffering from mitral valve leakage at present. She also managed to decrease her dependability on medicines by practicing Yoga. She also faces difficulty in speaking. Anvi met the PM and received appreciation for the same. Anvi has won gold medals in various state and national-level championships in Yoga through her determination, hard work. Her parents are determined to help and make her achieve more in other sectors as well.
