Bandipora (J&K), Feb 10 (ANI): Government of India is conducting Skill Development training for the youth of Kashmir. Under this, Government Polytechnic for Women has set up an Extension Centre to give skill training to the youths at Sumbal village in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir. The purpose of the training is to give employment to youths in the electricity department so that they can start their own venture. Under this centre, youths are getting training on ways to make a circuit and other electrical devices for homes. This training will benefit the villages as these trained youths can be hired for electrical jobs. These youths can also earn a good livelihood and give employment to other unemployed youths. The Government is also trying to reach other students through Polytechnic Extension Centers to give them training at their homes. After passing exams successfully, these youths will also get certification from this college and they can get a job at any place.
