London (UK), Jan 21 (ANI): Eulogising India’s achievements and its vision for the next 25 years, British Parliamentarian Lord Karan Bilimoria on January 21 stressed the importance of maintaining a strong and trusted partnership with India for decades to come. Calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi the most powerful person in the world, the MP also said that the UK is in a race where everyone wants to do business with India. “UK PM and I are proud members of the 1.6 million Indians. India has overtaken the UK and is the 5th largest economy in the world. It has contributed 1 out of 10 Unicorns with over a hundred Unicorns. It is 4th largest producer of renewable energy and solar power. It produced billions of vaccines. We are in a race where everyone wants to do a business with India. Today, PM Modi is one of the most powerful people on this planet as the PM of India. India has a vision for the next 25 years, to be the second largest economy in the world. The UK must be the closest and most trusted friend and partner of India in the decades ahead,” the UK MP said.
