New Delhi, July 20 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sanjay Seth on July 20 in Delhi, criticised the Jharkhand government over the Sandhya Topno incident, and informed that he will be raising the issue in the Parliament.“The law and order has collapsed in Jharkhand. It is a matter of investigation why Sandhya Topno was deployed on night duty. I will raise the issue of the law and order situation in Jharkhand in Parliament today,” the BJP leader said.
